SPECIAL OFFER - FREE BALLOON MODELLING!

1. PICK 'N' MIX PARTY - A MIX OF MANY DIFFERENT GAMES (BOYS & GIRLS)

Rachel supplies all music and equipment for great parties that children will always remember!

Equipment includes: A giant parachute, limbo rope, a special giant elastic band, a 3ft bendy frisbee, foam letters, balloons, stickers and much more.

Warm Up - Rachel uses a number of silly excercises, that the children try to copy. This gets them laughing at each other as they do them.

Vocal Warm Up - Great for shy children as everyone is invited to play. A series of whispering and shouting, together with jumping in the air to make sure everyone is wide awake.

Pair Up - Each child is given a card and asked to find a friend with a matching card.  A great opening visual game that improves communication and co-operation.

Parachute - Imagine the fun you can have with a 20ft parachute. Lots of quick and easy games are played with this fantastic piece of fun.

Beanbag Trickster -  What can you do with a beanbag? Well you'd be surprised! Lots of little tasks which are fun and exciting to do. Who will drop it?

Obstacle Race - After mastering the beanbag, obstacle races are set up to try new and exciting tasks. These are sillier and teams will work to sing songs and tell jokes, as well as balloon walking.

Duck, Goose, Hen - A classic game played in a circle. The farmer names each child Duck, Goose or Hen. Plenty of anticipation, giggles and excitement as the farmer tries to catch the hen. What will each child be named?

Caterpillar tails - All the children form two lines, holding each others waist to form wriggling caterpillars. A chasing game with a special twist!

Can you tell what it is yet? - Rolf Harris favourite with a twist. Everyone gets the chance to draw, but how well can you draw when your eyes are closed? Things can get a bit strange...very funny!

Back to front - This game is backwards, so everything is opposite; fast is slow, run is walk, hop is skip etc. It's great to watch as children ponder for a moment, before hopping madly! It's a thinking game about moving in different ways.

Jelly Bellies - To cool down after all that hard work playing, everyone gets chance to deep breathe and stretch, to the sound of tranquil music. They get to slowly relax like jelly, this gives enough time for the children to calm down and reflect on their personal favourite party game.

Enjoyment and Adaptability Guaranteed! These are just a few of the many games Rachel organises. There is no set routine and none of the games have a strict time value. This can put children under unneccasary pressure to rush through the games.

Children often ask to play their favourite games more than once and as the children are the ones participitating, they should feel that their needs are being recognised. The result - total enjoyment by all concerned.

2. ANIMAL PARTY (BOYS & GIRLS)

It's jungle mania as we use lots of imagination to be different animals - from growling gorillas, to slimy snakes. Everyone gets the opportunity to colour-in their own animal and name label. This can be worn throughout the party and saved to take home as a souvenir.

Chasing Tails - The children wear special animal tail belts, like lions or  zebras. There are lots of mini-games with these tails, as the children run to pull other children's tails whilst protecting their own. This game involves the children working together and individually. Lots of fun.

Whats hiding in the jungle? - A guessing game, which includes a 20 ft parachute. This is used as a cover whilst children imitate animal noises inside. Everyone gets to imitate their favourite animal noise and take turns at being the explorer. The explorer has to guess what animals are hiding in the jungle?

Snake jumping - The jungle is filled with snakes, can all the explorers jump over the snakes and make it from one side of the jungle to the other? Can they limbo through the trees to safety?

Animal Footprints - a dancing game with animal footprints to land on when the music stops, who will be the quickest?

Noahs Ark - Each child is given a card, and they have to find a matching animal partner. A game of communication and speed as everyone tries to find their matching animal partner before the Ark leaves.

Jungle Hunt - A team building excercise. Like proper explorers all the children work together using magnifying glasses to read what’s written on the sign. They make their own list of animals in the jungle. However, there are two teams and only one sign.

Children are encouraged to work together, racing individually between the sign and their team to see which team is quickest to make a list of animals. Real magnifying glasses are used to make sure the children feel like proper explorers.

Which way out of the jungle? -  The birthday child is leader, and tries to navigate the team around the room, using a proper compass, like a proper explorer. They need to stay in a line as they crawl, jump and sneak through the jungle.

Feeding the Hungry Hippos - The hippos need feeding and they’ve got their mouths wide open. Can the children get the food into the hippo’s mouths? A game of concentration and skill.

3. FOOTBALL PARTY (BOYS & GIRLS)

Games involve team work, develop hand-eye coordination and confidence. More importantly they are lots of fun and no real football skills are needed, making them ideal for everyone.

Name badges - all footballers have their names on their shirts, we can do this too, with our template soccer name badges, write your name, draw your pic and then we're off to play...

Games include a variety of warm ups as used by proper football coaches and mini games that get you passing, dribbling and shooting.

Balls on balls - Its not all serious, there are plenty of silly fun games too, including a variety of balls to test your skills.

Double Act - Using a mini-set of nets, can you score? But more importantly can you do this whilst doing something else? Like telling jokes, singing or even dancing as you dribble to the net to score.

Obstacle course - Lots of silly tasks, as you compete to see whose the fastest. Hopping, dribbling or the sharpest left legged- shooter.

Mini-match - Depending on the play area available, Rachel offers the chance to challenge your mates to a quick friendly match. No nonsense, no offsides, no throw-ins, just simple football at its best.

Cool down -Like the pro's. We cool down using proper techniques to make sure we avoid any aches and pains. We shake hands like footballers, then everyone gets a footy sticker, or treat to keep as a souvenir.

4. FAIRY PARTY

Special moment -
Each girl has the opportunity to join hands in a circle and make a magic spell. Magic sprinkles are thrown into the air, and birthday wishes are made for the special birthday girl.

Girls are offered wings and wands, whilst any boys can choose to be wizards, with their own wizzard whistles. Finally, enchanted music is played to complete the transformation, as the fairies and wizards spring into their new characters flying across the room.

Bubb-licious - With a little help from a magic bubble maker, bubbles appear from the sky, those little fairies, will have to use their wands and magic quickly before the bubbles land.

Other fairy games include - Pin the Horn on the Unicorn, Magic Pearl Hunt, Happy Birthday Your Majesty, Fairy, Princess, Fairy;  Bet you Like ....(with Princess Jasmine), Naughty Wands.

5. SPIDERMAN PARTY (BOYS & GIRLS)

Spider Match - Everyone is in a circle and the aim of the game is to match-up all of the different scenes in the centre. A game of communication and memory.

Parachute - Incy wincey spider using a giant parachute. Everyone has to climb -up their spout before the rain washes them out.

Follow the Spider - Everyone holds on to the spider web to keep up with the lead spider as they twist and turn across the room.

Spider Spelling - Peter Parker (Spiderman) works for a newspaper and it's a race to collect foam letters to spell some spider words.

Spider Webs - (Optional) - using silly string to make huge spider webs and other fun shapes.

Obstacle Course - sneak, crawl and jump through the obstacle course to collect Spiderman and Green Goblin tokens.

Spider, Spider - is anyone home? - A game of intrigue and anticipation as the person in the middle is the sleeping spider. Will you wake the spider? Will you get caught?

Building Jump - Spiderman loves to climb tall buildings. Get the chance to see how it would feel by jumping from paving stone to paving stone - see if you can keep your balance.

Green Goblin Battle - Armed with silver rings can we knock the Green Goblin off his hoverboard in time? Everyone gets the chance to throw the rings onto the Green Goblin hover board. Great hand-eye co-ordination, with several targets making it ideal for children of all ages.

Spider Eggs - The Green Goblin has stolen all our spider eggs, so we need to get these back, lots of running involved as teams race each other to see who can rescue the most eggs.

Dancing Spiderman - Dance like Spiderman until the music stops. The magic wheel is spun who will be standing on the winning colour? Lots of fun as the children scramble to a coloured base, then look up to see who’s chosen which colour. Quite funny as the magic wheel can be very unpredictable!

Other special games include:  Webtastic, I Bet Spiderman Likes, Pin The Web on Spiderman, Spider Limbo, Spider and Fly Chasing Game.
