PREVIOUS WORK AND EXPERIENCE
Kayla has continued her training and uses the “speech level singing technique,” a method that originated in America and has been used by Madonna, Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Ricky Martin, Prince, Josh Groban, Anita Baker, Ray Charles, Barbara Streisand, Cher, Tina Turner,... and many others.
This allows her to achieve crystal-clear notes and maximum vocal power from her voice, without causing damage to her vocal chords, as well as being able to sing at speech level.
Since going solo she has played many venues throughout the UK, including clubs, hotels, festivals, weddings and social functions. Her versatility and vocal range allow her to perform to a wide variety of audiences and tailor her songs to suit the occasion.
